Every purchase you make from Bason Wear is intended to provide you great satisfaction. Within 30 days of your purchase, we are pleased to provide a simple return and refund procedure if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item. Return Policy

Eligibility for Refunds
The following requirements must be fulfilled in order to qualify for a return:

  1. The item needs to be in the same condition that you received it—unused and unworn.
  2. Included in the original packing must be any shoe boxes, tags, or labels that were affixed to the item.
  3. A legitimate evidence of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be presented.
  4. Note that unless they are defective or damaged, sale items, customized products, or things designated as final sale cannot be returned.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

How to Start a Refund
To initiate the return procedure, kindly adhere to these guidelines:

You will receive instructions from us on where and how to send your item.
We will let you know how your return is progressing as soon as we receive and review the returned item.

Please ensure that your return is properly packaged and shipped back to us. Bason Wear is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is successfully delivered.

Refund Policy

The Refund Procedure
We will send you an email letting you know whether your refund was approved or denied as soon as your return is received and examined. Within 7 to 10 business days, if your return is accepted, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically credited to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds
Refunds in part may be given in the following situations:

Products that are returned in circumstances that don’t fit the qualifying standards (such as missing, worn, or broken parts that weren’t our fault).
returns made after the 30-day window, if permitted.

Items Not Refundable
The subsequent products are not returnable:

  • Cards as gifts
  • Final sale items, customized products, or clearance items
  • Any goods that don’t fit the requirements for returns

Exchanges

We don’t provide straight exchanges. We advise returning the first item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item if you would prefer a different size, color, or product.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please contact us right away at BasonWear@gmail.com with your order information and a picture of the damaged or defective item if you receive it. Depending on your preference, we will quickly settle the issue by providing a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Late or Missing Refunds
